CanSat for the Iranian CanSat Competition

Designed a CanSat to measure atmospheric parameters and capture flight video.

CanSat for the Iranian CanSat Competition

Designed a CanSat for the classic category of the Iranian CanSat Competition, covering atmospheric sounding and photo/video capture missions. The design constraint was a cylinder 66 mm in diameter and 115 mm tall, with a maximum mass of 350 g.

The CanSat measured temperature, pressure, humidity, compass heading, acceleration, and GPS location (longitude, latitude, altitude), transmitting the data to a ground station in real time and visualizing it. It also recorded video for the full flight duration.

As a member of the SSTLab CanSat Team, ranked 7th in the Atmospheric Sounding Mission Category at the Third Iran CanSat Competition, held in November 2013.
